SaBai Tip is a donation platform that allows content creators (streamers) to receive financial support from their audience (donors). The Platform provides tools for managing donation pages, overlays, and payment processing.

3. Eligibility

To use SaBai Tip as a streamer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Payments and Fees

SaBai Tip processes donations on behalf of streamers. By using the Platform:

• All donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• SaBai Tip may charge a service fee on each transaction
• Payouts are subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and processing time
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending identity verification

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Manipulate or falsify donation amounts
• Use the Platform to distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Violate any intellectual property rights

7. KYC Verification

To receive payouts, streamers must complete the KYC verification process. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID card, and bank account information. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our verification standards.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending payouts may be subject to additional review.

9. Limitation of Liability

SaBai Tip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
